Holistic Health Care
We address the whole person by using a combination of chiropractic care, exercise rehabilitation, and nutritional counseling.

Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic care improves health by restoring proper functions to the nervous system. Chiropractic adjustments will remove nerve pressure off the nerve and restore nerve function to the affected area. Remember, the nervous system controls the whole body.

The muscular system of your body provides for movement. If there is an imbalance, the muscles will limit proper function and cause pain. We accomplish this through our Active Release Techniques (ART) and physical rehabilitation. The ART system has had a high success rate in the treatment of soft tissue injuries. Our customized rehabilitation exercises help prevent injuries and shorten the recovery period needed to restore you back to optimal health.

Exercise Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation exercises for the muscular system play an essential role in our holistic approach. Proven exercise programs at our facility help prevent injuries and serve to shorten the recovery period needed to restore the patient back to optimal health.

Active Release Technique (ART)
ART is a new cutting edge approach in treating injuries to muscles, tendons, nerves and surrounding soft tissues. The ART system provides a way to diagnose and treat the underlying causes of symptoms such as pain, numbness, tingling, and burning. Some examples of conditions that can be helped include carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic low back, neck pain and shoulder pain. The ART system has a success rate that surpasses 90%.

ART is designed to accomplish 3 objectives:

  • restore motion of all soft tissues
  • release entrapped nerves, vasculature and lymphatics
  • re-establish optimal texture, resilience and function of soft tissues

The doctor locates the lesions by palpation of the lesion. The affected tissue is trapped while the doctor takes the tissue from its shortened to lengthened position breaking up any adhesions. This motion is introduced to restore gliding between the tissues.
